Hey there! My name is Yana and I'm originally from Yerevan, Armenia. I recently completed my Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, which was a very exciting journey.

How did you find out about Minite?

What jobs have you done with Minite, and what were your tasks and responsibilities?

Over the past 7 months, I've held the role of Content and Training Manager at Search Explained, an innovative IT consulting startup. Our primary focus is on enhancing the Microsoft 365 Search experience for large corporations, where the efficiency of findability and knowledge exchange is paramount for efficiency and success. As a Content and Training Manager, my responsibilities encompass creating and nurturing an online professional community for Search Professionals,  moderating their interactions, coordinating engaging community events, and continually refining the training experience for workshop participants. On top of that, I handle diverse tasks ranging from content creation to preparing case studies and analyzing company challenges and participant feedback.

What do you like most about your job at Minite?

I greatly appreciate the flexibility of my job at Minite, both in terms of time and location. I can work virtually from anywhere at any hour. Additionally, working alongside Agnes, the founder of Search Explained, has been absolutely amazing. She is extremely understanding, values my input, and gives me space to get creative!

What do you love most about being a High-Flyer?

The most compelling aspect of being a High-Flyer is undoubtedly the freedom it provides. It allowed me to balance work with my studies and now my post-graduation journey, enabling me to cultivate my professional skills at my own pace.
