“I just didn’t have any contacts in universities, but I’ve always liked the idea of finding a way to give students a real voice in the workforce. It’s difficult to compete with people who have 10 years of job experience on their CV. Even if a student has already built the same skills during their university education, too often it isn’t trusted.”
