In this interview, Lisa,the CEO of BraniQue, shares her experience working with a High-Flyer from Minite. Having just started working with her High-Flyer two weeks ago, Lisa is impressed with her knowledge and adaptability. Read on to learn more about Lisa's journey and how working with a High-Flyer has helped her grow her business.

What does BraniQue stand for and what do you do?
I founded BraniQue three years ago, and the way I came up with the name is quite funny and meaningful because it combines the words 'brand' and 'unique'. I truly feel that every brand has its own uniqueness, and my goal with my creative digital agency is to expose and capture that uniqueness to be able to connect with their ideal clients and customers.  Our main goal is to help them recognize, embrace, and showcase their brand online. While focusing primarily on creative expressions such as branding,online marketing, and design, but that's a bit broad. To make this happen, we offer the following services: brand development, social media management, content marketing, and web design. My role is everything - I do it all.

What led you to Minite initially?

It's been crazy. In the last six months of last year, my business started to boom extremely. At first, I managed it with someone else part-time, but now I can't do it all anymore. I want to help all my clients to the best extend that I can, but also be keen on my own internal processes to develop not only myself but also BraniQue. So, I really needed more hands on deck, and that's why I came across Minite at the right time. Two of my clients also use your platform, so I was curious. Both of them recommended your platform, and then I thought, “Okay, let's just give it atry.” I signed up on the website and scheduled a demo call with Linky. It clicked, and I thought, “Okay, let's do this.”


What does your High-Flyer do at your company and how do they help your business?

I'm super, super happy with Melissa. I thinkthis is her second week, and my own online presence for BraniQue is very much OFFLINE- which is almost unacceptable as a creative digital agency, she is now focusing on launching BraniQue 2.0. on our socials and our website, and I must say that she’s doing a great job! Her main focus is on content planning and creation, but she's also helping me with other clients. Our primary roles are content planning and creation, but she has a broad profile, so she can also assist with other online marketing tasks.

That’s great! Tell us more, please!

I'm actually very impressed with the knowledge of my High-Flyer. I think that's because you only select top-screened students, which meets my expectations. It was so easy to get in contact with her, and she adapted really quickly. She already has a plan ready for the content planning inquiry, and I think she has managed it pretty well. So she's doing really well so far.

What’s the main benefit of working with High-Flyers, in your opinion?

One of the benefits is to have more time to do other things, but also the ability to have a weekly meeting with someone to catch up on the week, share thoughts, and gather our creative input. So, I really think that's the most enjoyable part of starting a week. So far, so good! Everything is going really well, actually. If it continues like this and the business keeps booming, which I think it will, I'll probably need anotherHigh-Flyer soon.

‍Why did you choose to work with Minite, specifically?

There are many similar companies out there, but what I like about Minite is the hands-on approach which is clear and uncomplicated. With the timesheets and invoices, it's really easy to manage. All I need to do is post the job, wait for responses, and select people. It's that easy. The hardest part was actually choosing from the amazing pool of talent. I never expected to receive 31 responses in just five days. I made a shortlist and listed their pros and cons. It was insane, but yet a wake-up call to realize how Minite values to screen their students on their platform.

 What is next for BraniQue?

One of my goals is to expand my team and assign different roles for graphic design, content creation, and creative writing. In this way, my vision comes to life creating a diverse and dynamic department within the team, and we have a physical workspace to work together. While I like remote working, I really want to have our first headquarters where we can all come together. I'm not sure yet where I will do this, but it's my next goal for this year. Things are running smoothly, and I believe the business will continue to thrive. As a result, I would need an additional High-Flyer in the near future.

Any last words you want to share?

‍From a starter's perspective, I really admire how you are handling things, especially with the new platform that you launched. It's a big improvement and I really see that it benefits not only the companies but also the High-Flyers themselves, so keep it up! And keep evolving the new platform!
