We are thrilled to introduce you to our High-Flyer of the month of July, Willemijn. She is currently studying International Business Administration at Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Not only that but she's also been actively involved in organizing events and managing communities.

Funny story, actually: Last year, I organized the STAR Management Week, and for our opening ceremony in October, Micky was one of our guest speakers. After finishing that project, I was looking for a job and decided to sign up for Minite and give it a try.
I am working for The Next Women as a Community Manager. This entails me running the day-to-day (more administrative) tasks on their online platform, ensuring that everything is running smoothly. The Next Women platform is a platform for female entrepreneurs where they find advice, and inspiration and can connect with like-minded professionals.
I get to work with a great team of like-minded people, one of whom is my fellow STAR Management Week colleague, Kelsey. Since we worked closely together before, it makes our work much easier. Additionally, I am passionate about supporting female-founded businesses and closing the gender gap.
The flexibility in work hours and all the different opportunities.

For starters, it provides an easy way to start building your CV with relevant work experience. Secondly, it offers an opportunity to explore and discover your interests by browsing jobs you may not have otherwise come across.
