Congratulations, you've scheduled your interview with your high-flyer! Each interview takes 20 minutes, so to maximize your time, here are some tips & tricks:
Know the candidate
Prior to the interview, thoroughly review the High-Flyers profile and proposal. Look for specific experiences, skills, and achievements that may be relevant to the role.
Prepare questions
Consider what you want to know about the candidate. Ask questions about the candidate's competencies, experiences, and skills that are critical to the job. Keep in mind that the majority of our high-flyers are still studying and therefore don't have 10 years of full-time experience, but they do have a great attitude, creative insights and lots of hard and soft skills!
