HerFuture, the latest initiative by Minite, is on a mission to connect female students with top tech companies like Booking.com. We're tackling the underrepresentation of women in tech, and we're looking for a dedicated Jr. Marketing & Community Manager to help us grow and engage our vibrant community. Together with the coolest tech companies, we support, guide, inspire, and connect the next generation of (aspiring) female tech talent to the right people and opportunities.‍

What you'll be doing:

• Community Engagement: You're the go-to person for all our members, the friendly face that everyone knows!

• Work with our Ambassadors: You manage and work with our incredible ambassadors (female students in tech) and craft & execute strategies and campaigns with them
  ‍
• Social Media & Content Creation: Manage and create content for our social media channels across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, and our website/platform. Interview inspiring role models and shoot fun behind the scenes TikToks. It's all about creating a warm, fun community.

• All Things Marketing, Website & Branding: How can we better brand ourselves? How can we optimize the website and the user experience on the platform? Where should we be visible? Who should we partner with? These questions run through your mind daily.

• Creativity Unleashed: Bring your ideas to life and spearhead new initiatives - we LOVE it.
  ‍
• Event Planning: There's lots of exciting events ahead, and you'll help plan these, including our GIGANTIC HerFuture Summit next year - which will be our biggest, baddest, boldest event yet.
  ‍
• Random stuff: It's never boring at a startup and that means there's always something to do. Don't be surprised if you get pulled into a brainstorm meeting or if you're suddenly running a campaign for role models. Your day can go any way!

Who We're Looking For:

• You've worked with Canva and understand social media.

• Great Communicator: You understand how to communicate with both students and in a business setting.
  ‍
• Organizational Whiz: You keep everything running smoothly. You wear multiple hats, so you gotta stay organized.
  ‍
• Startup & Impact Lover. A startup is not for the faint of heart - you gotta love the hustle. We're really passionate about more girls in tech, and love it if you are too.
  ‍
• Some form of experience: You must have at least done an internship or a (parttime) job so you've already gotten a taste of the working life!
  ‍
• A good sense of business and a "no BS" mentality: You understand the business side behind things, and know that that's the way to growth. We have a strict "no BS" mentality here meaning we get our stuff done, and we do it right.

• Hybrid working: Able to work in our Amsterdam office (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
  ‍
• Language: Dutch is a bonus, but not a must!

• Education: we don't believe that your degree determines your career, so we're open to all profiles. Who you are and what you can do is much more important.
