What a year it's been! All of us have been impacted by COVID-19 and some were harder hit than others. We'd like to take this opportunity to reflect on our experience and learnings, and say thank you to everyone in the Minite ecosystem.
Thanks to you, 2020 was a year of:
π₯ New people: we expanded our team and onboarded amazing students and inspiring startups and scaleups, and speaking with all of you 1-1 gives us so much energy and motivation to continue and do better.
π‘ New ideas: inspired by all our stakeholders, we've written down so many new ideas and ways to enhance the Minite experience. We'll implement the best ones step by step!
π Pivoting: we changed our model before arriving at our current one, but it definitely took some trial and error.
π New resources: thanks to the ACE Incubator, we were able to tap into the knowledge of incredibly helpful mentors and coaches who we could always turn to for advice or a brainstorm session.
πͺ A new platform: potentially the biggest thing 2020 brought us! Together, we fixed 46 bugs and improved 21 workflows.
π Recognition: we were named a Top 50 Innovator by Accenture Blue Tulip Awards, were featured in VIVA400 and won Top 5 Best Pitch in Xathon by Henkel Ventures.
It was an eventful year, and we feel grateful to have you on this journey with us. It definitely hasn't always been easy, but it's always been worth it. The impact we're making on both students and businesses is so rewarding, we wouldn't trade what we do for the world.
Together, we've made our first steps towards bridging the education-business gap. In 2021, we'll continue that journey: stronger and wiser, but with the same amount of burning passion and drive.
We couldnβt have done any of it without you. So hereβs to our students, clients, partners, mentors, coaches, peers and all other stakeholders. For being on the Minite train with us and supporting the concept, platform and team through and through. For allowing us to progress the way we have thanks to your constant input, feedback and support. For all of that and more:
